"Any blogger will know that social networking is a great (if not the greatest) way to direct traffic to your site. Many new bloggers struggle to find their audience, but with some careful link sharing on the various social sites, you can have traffic flooding to your site each time you add a new post. I am just a teacher, but not a tech person. However, at this point of my life I have realized that I need to improve my tech skills if I want to continue teaching the new generations. Also, if I want to spread my ideas. Thank you for share this post. It was very interesting because it help me to develop other ideas for my professional projects.

Why is curation important? Curation is a life skill and an important part of being digitally literate. Educators need to know how to curate information so they can teach students how they can curate content for research, their interests and passion. As part of this process educators need to encourage students to curate information using techniques that address their own personal learning needs.

Andragogy, also called adult learning theory, is the adult version of pedagogy. Adult learners, especially non-traditional college students, will probably gain more from instructors who use principles of andragogy. In college, I learned about four of its assumptions."

"Do you ever feel stuck in a rut while planning your language classes? Perhaps you spend a lot of time lecturing at the white board, use the same activities with different vocabulary for every unit, or rely on teaching students grammar because that's how you were taught. No matter your "go to" activity, we are all much more engaging when we vary our activities and make them relatable. If the speaker is engaging, a good lecture every now and then is enjoyable. However, when faced with daily lectures, students dread class, and hence, learn less. So why not mix it up?"
