This is being introduced in the elementary schools now. It is a social networking site that is available to teachers, students, and parents. Great for integrating technology into the classroom (When so many people already use social networking sites like facebook)
Fun site for Elementary aged children learning to spell. Has nice pictures and is very clear when the site talks to you. Spelling is a game on this site that kids will hopefully enjoy!
I think this is another great website on assessments. Especially when teaching elementary students who may not understand what that means, some of these ideas will help them to understand on what we the teachers are asking them to do. I would make it fun so that they don't see it as a bad thing.
This website not only offers tutorials on how to use one of these interactive white boards but also suggests games and activities that the teacher can introduce to their classroom. No matter what grade level, whether it is elementary, middle, or high school this website has ideas for the teacher.
