This website has a list of jobs that are available in North Carolina Schools. You have to register to view the postings, but it will allow you to register if you are still pursuing your degree.

This particular page includes many different short engagement activities to assess student learning. They would be very useful to evaluate individual student understanding of a concept or to monitor progress of the class as a whole.

Has many videos on classroom management, including techniques to get students attention and how to transition them from task to task throughout the day. Great examples if you need guidance in directing the entire class.

This is being introduced in the elementary schools now. It is a social networking site that is available to teachers, students, and parents. Great for integrating technology into the classroom (When so many people already use social networking sites like facebook)

This website has interactive games and activities to use with the smartboard. I like this website because you can choose by grade level and by subject. The games are pretty fun too!
