iPads4Kids supports the use of iPads in special education classrooms by providing information and links for apps--both free and for purchase. The apps are categorized into groups: reading skills, writing, social skills, reading text, fine motor skills, communication, behavior, and miscellaneous.

This is a wonderful site to help teachers incorporate technology into the classroom. There has been a lot of research lately regarding special needs children and ipads. As a special education teacher, I think it is important to have a lot of sources to pull from when teaching.

I LOVE this website. You can upload documents and files, it's also easy for students to make flashcards and other study materials. The whole class can access these things. Very accessible on the go for students with the smartphone app for it.

This website allows students to show in groups materials that they know and teachers are able to elaborate or explain the info that they may not know.
