It's essential to start off on the right foot in the classroom and continue good behavior throughout the entire school year. The website gives numerous tips on involving parents in your students homework to using rewards to promote good behavior. It also provided various ways in dealing with poor behavior and utilizing your time to get more teaching and learning in opposed to spending more time with discipline issues.

This site not only gives you the opportunity to order his books, but you can also use it to read articles and find additional information about his theory. This site can be extremely useful for a teacher looking to implement the ideas of removing rewards and punishments and moving toward greater democracy.
