It allows you to create the entire pre-training package through ready -made multi media and e-learning titles and programs. These videos can be streamed, or recorded allowing for many unique variations. YouTube has tutorials for the novice to the experienced person. Additionally, it allows for converting PowerPoint presentations into videos.
Wikispace.com - http://wikispace.com - I favor this web site for creating presentations because it is makes managing the presentation and adding additional pages/content easier. It offers a unique way to display the presentation, trainer to assess performance as it progresses. As an educator and professional wiki space supports student development through student portfolios, collaborative learning experiences, curriculum planning, and event planning and training resource, and tracking student assignments.

It takes the guesswork out of preparing an effective assessment and it provides and interactive rubric. It is flexible, you can access it from a variety of places: home, school, and office, or on the road. There is a variety of different templates to choose from (oral projects, multimedia, Reading, etc).

DORA is a quick and reliable way to assess student-reading abilities. It is not free ($20). Students find it engaging and are not stressed as with paper and pencil testing.

The technology is easy to use and engaging for the learner.

This website offers an online library for Elementary Schools and Public Library. It is a collection Tumble books, animated, talking picture books. It utilizes the dual -code concept (Mayer, 2009) of offering an audio and visual story presentation. This is achieve through animation, sound, music and narration "to produce an electric picture book" (tumble book, 2012).
