  Another tool that can be used for pre-training is a blog. There are many blog sites out there where individuals can post ideas and journal on various topics and subject matters. Individuals can lend a hand to other projects they are working on by providing direction to colleagues via the blog. Here is the link to a current blog I have created for EDUC-8848.
