Jo Oliver, Sedgwick County's recycling coordinator, said the popularity of the county's first e-waste recycling event took everyone by surprise. "Everybody is just speechless," she said as five dozen workers unloaded cars, trucks and trailers that were driven into Pavilion 2. "The program is phenomenally successful.
