Try our Art Edventures! ArtEdventures are interactive games for teachers and students. In these fun and educational activities, you'll discover how great artists made their famous works-while learning tips and techniques for creating your own art! Note: these activities are a great way to introduce students to different art concepts. Example: the Color Activity involves learning about the color wheel. Great interactives that would work well with a projector and/or mimio, smartboard, etc.

Another math center activity once students understand how to play. Thinking about numbers using frames of 10 can be a helpful way to learn basic number facts. The four games that can be played with this applet help to develop counting and addition skills.

Create a different types of graphs online then print, download, or email results. Best to demonstrate to students first as there a number of options.

Play by yourself or against a friend to form pairs. Match numbers, shapes, fractions, or multiplication facts to equivalent representations. The game can be used to practice facts by using the clear pane mode, or for an added challenge, play the game with the windows closed.

This double pan balance provides an interesting environment in which to consider the concept of equivalence. Two other tools, Pan Balance - Numbers and Pan Balance - Expressions, are natural extensions.

Use this pre-algebra tool to find numerical expressions that are equivalent to one another. If equivalent expressions are placed in the blue and red pans, the scale will balance.
