http://www.theteachersguide.com/ClassManagement.htm - it is hard to put this site on this list because it has good information. It is intended for teachers, but new teachers would likely appreciate the information. Unfortunately, it is a presentational nightmare - it looks "cheap" and from the main page, you wouldn't guess that good information lies deep within. The ads are are everywhere and they get in the way of deciphering what is real info and what is an ad. If you get past that and make it in, the info is valuable but the background looks like an old TV without an antenna, and when you scroll down it might give someone a seizure.
http://www.teach-nology.com/teachers/lesson_plans/languages/spanish/ - The Google write-up made this sound like a great place to find lesson plans. It is intended for teachers and has a list of disciplines from which to choose. When I chose World Languages, the first three links were dead and the fourth one took me to a so-so lesson plan from 1999. The website has lots of links so it looks extensive at the start, but it is an old website that has not been updated in probably a decade. While some of the info might be valuable, too many dead links make it frustrating to use.
http://www.csun.edu/~hcedu013/eslsp.html - This website also sounded promising as a clearing house for various links to foreign language resources and lesson plans. It is clearly a very old site, with old web design technology. If the different colored letters don't turn you off, then the dead links will. It is intended for teachers but has not been updated so it is not effective, which is unfortunate, because if it were maintained and updated, it would be a good resource.
http://www.uni.edu/becker/Spanish3.html - I thought this would be good because it comes from a university. It probably does have good information, I just can't past the colored boxes, images, crazy fonts, colors, etc. to actually see what the site has to offer.
http://www.flageorgia.org/flag.htm - This is a state language association website. It looks like it was designed with very old school technology, which makes me wonder if the information is up to date. The overuse of the logo draws your attention away from the information. There is a lot of information provided on the website, but the use of colored boxes takes away from its authenticity, in my opinion. The lack of breadcrumbs can leave the user deep inside the web pages with no idea how to get back out, except with many clicks of the browser "back" button.
