I don't know much about using ipads in the classroom but this website lets you share lesson plans created via ipad. Some look really cool!

While we'll likely learn a lot of this stuff (like how to write a lesson plan) in our education classes, this website has a ton of practical classroom things.

Digital Literacy and Citizenship resources for teachers: includes lesson plans, curriculum by grade levels, and more.  Cool stuff!  I think you have to register to get access to all the materials, but some is available for free.
