  Looks like you're the Diigo veteran here, please have a look at the "getting started for Newbies" bits that Heather and I have written and see if they make sense.
  
  Look forward you your help with docs in general - do you have a specific interest in helping reorganize the Theming handbook(s).
  
  And hope you can make it to the IRC meeting tonight. . .

  I'm GMT.
  
  I don't mind helping out to moderate members, checking against docs team membership list.
  
  I'll probably play a more peripheral supporting role. And when then tedious tasks have to be completed, I can come in to do grunt work, which I don't mind.
  
  I'm happy to help out in the next 2 weeks, but my participation in docs team is limited usually to 3-4 hour spurts each week. I have 3 jobs, and next week I have to visit family. So I'll have some more down time for at least one week to help out.
  
  Just so you have a rough idea of my time frame.
  
  I thought pushing back the deadline for recommendations one week would be good, as we can all focus on the GS handbook. Hmm.. I'd better check the issue queue.
