The list of available suppliers of this technology was helpful. I went to the Mimeo site which had good videos of different features of their system, which seems to be cheaper than SMART. I read the idea of using these boards to record lessons for substitute teachers to use, which seemed a great way to not waste those substitute days.

This app for iPad is an interactive whiteboard and screencasting tool for teachers and students. You can create presentations, and can insert photos, draw pictures, include music and animate your work. You can create videos and sound to include in a presentation. This could be used to create lessons or be a portion of a particular lesson you are giving in the classroom.
