This is a website to collect and share tools, hardware and applications available for the enhancement of technology in edudcation with emphasis in Special education. We have been collecting material over the last 7 years. This is our attempt to put together all that information in a categorized format so parents, educators and other professionals who work with kids with special needs can benefit from the knowledge we already acquired.

Whether you want to have students turn in homework via an online form or simply take a quiz or test, online quiz tools are critical to having a connected classroom. Most tools are free, all are robust, and they're quite easy to use. What could be better than that? You can use any of these below tools to get feedback from parents, students, colleagues, and more.

With Artsonia, teachers can build a gallery of their students' art projects. The website lets family and friends log on to see the children's art. Friends and relatives can comment on students' work, which is posted with their first name and an ID number. They can also sign up to get alerts when their students' new masterpieces are uploaded. Anyone can purchase coffee mugs, key chains, and other items featuring the artwork. Items are often given as a holiday, Mother's Day, or Father's Day gift. Schools earn 15 percent when parents purchase custom keepsakes with their child's artwork. 

a site that allows kids to upload photos of their projects and share it with their friends, family, and the public. The site was developed for student use and is safe and secure, without any personal avatar photos needed. The information is linked to a teachers or parents email. students can upload videos of the projects they have or are making to in order to demonstrate how you can recreate the project. a free web resource for teachers, students and parents that finds and explains how to use free web tools in the classroom

wonderful site that teaches kids basic math for grades 1st - 5th. The site is free for addition only but parents can buy more time for additional math skill practice. The site has a teacher component where the class can play against one another in a challenge. No chat feature, very secure. Looks great and engaging.
