Vinnytsia National Medical University is a medical university located in 1921 in Vinnytsia, Ukraine. It is famous as the administrative center of Vinnytsia Oblast. The institution awarded the great surgeon M.I. Pirogov for his high contribution and achievements to the development of higher medical education in 1960. The assistance team of the institute was awarded the "Badge of Honor" order in 1984. The status of a university was given in 1994. It is a certified educational institution according to the IV level of accreditation. Since 2002, Vinnytsia Ukraine has been granted the status of a national university.

The contest introduced colour TV, intercontinental voting systems and uses the world's largest LED displays. The Eurovision Song Contest is a special occasion where countries like Russia, Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan and many more come together under the same roof. The contest, originally created to unite Europe after the war, also started as a technological experiment.

The 6,000MW Zaporizhye Nuclear Power Plant (NPP), located in Energodar in the south-eastern part of Ukraine, is the biggest nuclear power plant in Europe and the fifth biggest in the world. It is owned and operated by Ukraine's national nuclear energy generating company Energoatom and is one of the four operational NPPs in the country.
