It seems that the rate of divorces is highly increasing, this is really sad and highly have a negative effect on children. One of the most important and worrying impact of divorce on children is, it diminishes the sense of stable family and this could lead to them having unstable families when they grow up.
From my personal experience, I believe that if you like doing any activity and you see yourself getting better at it you will continue taking part in it. It's the sense of achievement, winning and most importantly rise in confidence. I competed in men's physique competition couple of years ago. During the preparation for comp in one of the workouts 8 weeks before competition I injured my shoulder. My GP told me I need to rest for at least 4 weeks. This didn't stop me from I wanted to achieve, so within couple of days I found a physio and a personal trainer who helped me through the competition preparation and I was able to take part in competition. Similarly, marathon runners have therapists, physios, nutritionist's and trainers to get them through there vigorous training regimes and nothing can stop them from achieving their goal. Hence, when it comes to athletes nothing really stops them because they consider getting injured is a part of training. However, it is recommended to build your stamina up to long distance running, give yourself enough time to recover and this will help in avoiding lots of injuries.
Really good video and again a reminder that we should focus on eating in moderation. As we see in the video sugar is addictive. Furthermore, should also keep in mind that it has lot of unwanted effects on our body too e.g. obesity, fructose can non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, diabetes and even cancer etc. Also I came across some interesting tips to avoid sugar cravings that are, avoid processed foods, drink plenty of water and satisfy your sugar cravings by eating fruits.
