Globalisation is defined as the process in which businesses or organisations (can be non-profit) attain international connection or begin operating on a global level.
In my opinion globalisation can be both advantageous but also problematic as it bolsters the global economy and improves international relations but at the same time it may be limiting society's privacy with mass surveillance programs take the Edward Snowden case for example.

Globalization refers to the combination of markets in economy.these markets includes financial markets such as capital markets, money markets, credit markets, insurance markets etc. Globalization has both advantages and disadvantages.Globalization enables worldwide access to larger markets, access to sources of raw materials, avoidance of regulation and has led to increased flow of inward investments. On the darker side globalization can increase the pace of deindustrialisation, large multinational companies can also suffer from diseconomies of scale and potential loss of jobs also a disadvantage of globalization.
