  Is there a way to turn off public sticky notes and comments? A good example is the page displayed after installing the toolbar ( http://www.diigo.com/main/done.jsp ).

  I'd have thought the easiest way was to simply not hover over the markers... then you don't see the notes themselves only that they are present... other than that I can't see that there's an option to switch them off. You can also simply drag the bubble off the page...
