I wish a feature with annootating link not the shown text. - 0 views

  Has someone discussed this?
  I many programming forum often samel links are inserted and no bookmark tool or annotating tool does support detecting it. yes i can book makr it later i can eliminate it after duplicate scan.
  
  But why is there no possibility to annotate the link itself ( not the shown text on the site).
  
  if searching after a topic and fast reading the many forum sites, if an annotation /bookmark tool could directly recognize it is an anotated Link. This will spare many time for searching and organizing contents.
  For other daily use it could work too, for recogniztion of looked videos if linked on many different sites.
  
  Best case it it could have an regex recognition if same content/file is shared in different subfolders.
