If students dont have literacy, it will not be as fun for them to read, because they cant do as well and it is a bore.

Many reading students fall short of fluency. They read well enough to get by, but not well enough to enjoy what they are doing. This tells how if your literate, then you are also most likely fluent. Your not just one or the other.

This stresses the importance of childrens literacy & fluency.
