This would be a really fun project if you could find some restaurant owners that would be willing to participate. Especially if they were willing to add one of the menu items the students created to their restaurant menus for a short time period.

Star Events is a competitive event within the Family Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) organization. There are several different events that cover many different topics. These projects are great ways to incorporate PBL into a classroom, and would be especially beneficial for teachers who are new in the PBL world because the rubrics are already set up as well as the explanations and requirements for the projects.
