The Innocence Project exonerates the wrongly convicted through DNA testing and reforms the criminal justice system to prevent future injustices. This site has a lot of information on cases they are working on. This site also has suggestions on how they are trying to reform the system to make it more efficient and just.

This article tells what the convicted persons goes through. It goes through their life in prison and what happens to them after they get out and how their life is completely changed now.

I don't know if you have ever seen the documentary Making a Murdered on Netflix. That is a very interesting case of a wrongful conviction and outcome. There is the case of Adnan Syed from the podcast Serial that I'm interested to see if he was wrongfully convicted of his girlfriends murder. His case is being re opened.
