I chose this topic because we as a college students are exposed to stress daily, and that might affect our academic plans very hardly. The main reason why did I want to post it is, because last year just after spring semester ended more than half college students admitted how they were stressing way too much, and another fact was that 30% emphasis how it affected their academic performance.
This post represents all benefits of exercising and how it could be influential on confidence in some other things like motivation for studying. Also, working out would decrease stress, strengthen our immune system, and prevents gaining unnecessary weight.
