I found this article extremely helpful. There are a lot of tips that can help reduce stress; for example, exercise, writing a journal of your anxieties that are causing the stress, and using studying as a stress distraction. I thought that was a neat strategy.
I chose this article because I suffer from depression. I did not realize that college was so stressful when I started this quarter. The stress from having multiple assignments due at one time or having to prepare for a test. To top it off there is everyday life and work. I can see how depression can become an issue with college syudents. I just thought this article was helpful.
