Publiziert 14. Juli 2011 | Von Norbert Ich habe heute zumindest zwei Dinge gelesen, die mich zum Nachdenken angeregt haben. Um es vorweg zu sagen, ich  betreibe selbst diesen Blog und einen kleinen eBook-Shop, gemessen an denen mit 80.000 Titeln bis x Millionen. Der erste Beitrag war im Börsenblatt zu lesen und stammte von Frau Ruth Klinkenberg, Sortimenterin und hieß "Die Buchhandlung als Fundgrube". Die Kernaussage des Beitrags war "…dass sich auf Dauer das stationäre Sortiment nur behaupten wird, wenn es sich für die Käufer wieder mehr als Fundgrube erweist, wenn unsere Kunden auch Über­raschendes statt immer das Gleiche und Vorhersehbare vorfinden…" . Genau das Problem hat ein kleiner eBook-Shop auch. Aber nicht nur der, denn das Internet entwickelt sich weiter und verändert auch die Denk- und Handlungsweisen der Produktstrategen und  Internet Marketer. Die Frage ist, wie hebt man sich aus der Informationsflut heraus?! Frau Klinkenberg hat dafür eine Antwort gefunden, Fundgrube sein. Eine "Ressource to go" im Buchmarkt, im Internet und im "realen Leben". Warum? Inhalte, Nachrichten, Infos über alles mögliche strömen täglich ungefiltert über uns herein, sind überall verfügbar im Internet, im Fernsehen, in Druckerzeugnissen. Wie kann ich da noch Aufmerksamkeit für mein Angebot erzeugen? Es ist aussichtslos! Und weil das so ist, vertreten oben genannte Internetstrategen die These: "Content is king, no longer. Content curation is king!" Das heißt, sich nicht mehr nur auf die Schaffung von neuen Inhalten, welcher Art auch immer, zu konzentrieren, sondern zum Kurator (vom lateinischen Wort curator („Pfleger", „Vertreter" oder „Vormund") Wikipedia) für ein Thema, oder auch für ein Sortiment zu werden.
