Interesting article, Ryan. I hadn't heard about this before. When tagging, common words like "lady" aren't always the best choice as they are too general. Better tags from a folksonomy standpoint may have been HIV, Chile's, needle, food, etc.

Wow this is bad. She is probably going to win that case. People can't be lenient with that kind of stuff. She could've possibly tested positive for many infections.
  •
People need to be more careful when preparing food. Swallowing the needle could of caused problems and injured the woman. There shouldn't be a needle in a kitchen in the first place.

This makes you want to think twice before going to eat out at a restraunt. She will most likely win her case against Chilies. There is no excuse for a needle being in food.

If i ever found a needle in my food i would sue them also. Yea she could have got HIV from it or another disease, but what is she swallowed it.
  •
I wonder if the lady put the needle in her food and then just said that it was in there. She really doesn't have any proof that they put it in there. Also, Chilies doesn't use needles in any way to prepare their food so why would it be in their.

That's good. One less murderer on the streets that anybody has to worry about.

I believe that this man should be charged with homicide for stabbing this man to death.
