nate w on 19 Apr 11Grete Waitz a Norwegian Marathon runner died today in Oslo. She won 9 New York City Marathons. Her first Marathon in 1978 she set a new record time of 2 hours 32 minutes and 30 seconds. In 2005 she announced she had cancer. She inspired runners all of the world. -
kayleen k. on 19 Apr 11She has accomplished a lot in her life and made huge accomplishments on winning her marathons. It's sad she has died but she definatly got a lot out of life.
