General Khalifa Haftar launched his Operation Dignity campaign accusing congress of allowing terrorists flourish in Libya and vowed to wipe them out, gaining much support from the regular armed forces and nationalist militias. In May this year, a renegade general said that the best way to combat the Muslim Brotherhood and other Islamist groups is through eradication. According to general Khalifa Haftar, these groups are to blame for the destruction in Libya. This article claims that many Libyans are on Hafter's side and would like to see this plan come to fruition.

While it is still unclear as to who will win the Syrian conflict, there are people who are already looking towards the future and a better Syria. Plans are being made but, of course, these plans will entirely depend on who wins the war.
