With the bombing in Brussels taking place earlier this week, ISIS has pushed forward to make further threats to the rest of the world. France has been threatened and now London has been threatened to have their streets left with blood filling them.

A London rapper identified as a possible suspect for "Jihadi John", the masked Isil executioner, appeared in a television news report during the 2011 London riots, breaking into a live interview to lambast the police. "The police are protecting the police," he says. "They're not protecting the people."

This was an article (originally published by the Independent, however, I found it on their website via my first article from the BBC) by the International Center for the Study of Radicalization and Political Violence of London. The article suggests, allowing fighters to return home safely and enroll in a De-radicalization program would be more beneficial than current policies of severe punishment (prison, stripping of citizenship, etc.). The authors contend current repercussions for fighters returning to their home countries leave them trapped and isolated and prison sentences often lead to further radicalization. Overall this article really captured my attention in its non-conventional proposal for governments to handle these situations.

But the identity of "Jihadi John" remained a mystery -- until Thursday, when two U.S. officials and two U.S. congressional sources confirmed it. The man, the officials said, is Mohammed Emwazi, a Kuwaiti-born Londoner. The officials, who've been briefed on the matter, spoke to CNN after a Washington Post report first revealed Emwazi's identity.

Both Britain and France have shunned Syrian President Assad in their quest to fight terrorism. They oppose all that the Syrian government stands for and this is why they will continue to dismiss the Syrian government and any ties with them.

ISIS has released a video of the looming attack that has been repeatedly threatened by the extremists to be in the near future. The footage calls for infidels to be killed wherever they are found.
