This site has completely free and royalty free sound bites you can add to anything you want. It is full of sound effects and instrument samples. I found an ocean sound I could use for a hook in my ocean unit in my earth science. I found it and downloaded it in about 30 seconds. I like to use sound bites. The kids love to see what they will be walking into everyday.
I did not really see any issues with this website. It states that there are no requirements for using the material. It is very easy to use. It was also easy to search.

This site has video stock that can be used completely free. The only restrictions is that credit must be given to vidsplay.com, and it cannot be sold as is. I looked around on the site and found some footage that I could use in my weather unit at school of rain falling down. They also had thunderstorm footage I will use. Video clips are an engages kids. That is the world they grew up in. My students even go our and search for them for me.
The search engine seems easy to use, and the site states that they add new footage everyday. I think this is an easy site to use for educators. I do not foresee any problems using the material. It would be easy to give vidsplay.com the credit for the video stock clips.

This site has copyright free and royalty free sound bites. They are available for anyone to use under the Creative Commons licenses. It has a pretty good search engine. I searched for a volcanic eruption sound that I might use in my earth science classes and found several. They are easy to download, and it seems to be a pretty high quality site for sounds. All you have to do is register with the site. It does not cost anything.
These sounds are available through 3 different types of licenses. There is the Zero level of license that does not require any special restrictions and you can do whatever you want with the sound. There is the Attribution license where you must give credit to the author. The third license is Noncommercial. You have to give credit and you may not earn money off of the sound unless you receive special permission from the creator of the sound.
I think this could be used by any teacher in education to add some pizzazz to their PowerPoint presentations or classrooms. It is also easy enough for students to use for theirs.

This site has photos that are contributed by photographers from around the world. The photographers are paid for the advertising that is on the site, so there is no charge for using these photos. It is not necessary to give credit for the photo, unless you want to. It is a royalty-free, copyright-free site. The only restrictions are that the photos cannot be used for profit, like putting on a t shirt and selling it. You also may not claim ownership for the photos.
The site has a search engine where you put in your key word and it will bring up pictures to match it. I searched for 'space' since I am currently in that unit right now. I found a great picture of a nebula. There are better sites out there, but this one has lots of images They are completely free, and you do not have to give any credit. This makes it easier to use the pictures.

This site has completely free video and animation clips. There are no license agreements to deal with. You just download what you want. I found an ocean clip that shows waves that I can use when I teach about waves in my classroom. These sound bites would be great to use as hooks for any lesson in a classroom.
The only problem that I saw was that there is not a search engine. You just have to click through the menus to find what you want. That can be time consuming. However, there are no restrictions on any of them and no need for credit to anyone, so that makes it easy to use.
