It is sad that the USA would exclude people with physical or mental disabilities. I think it is really judgmental and ugly of the USA because those people need a safe haven to call their home. Also in 1903, how they excluded epileptics is unfair and horrific. It said "Imbeciles, the feeble-minded…excluded from entry as of 1907" what determines someone as an imbecile or feeble-minded? Did they make the immigrants take an IQ test? I think that some of the policies of who can come into the USA are ridiculous back in the day.

It seems to be that these factors are the cause of poverty, but there are other factors that come into play such as Hurricane Sandy. I don't think its entirely fair to say that only the Mexican culture experiences poverty because of those factors. I think these factors are universal. Machism would just be a guy thinking he is better than every one else.
