Thanks for inviting me, Brad. I live in Ames, Iowa. I work for Heartland AEA in the Ames office. I'm an assessment consultant, which means that I spend a lot of time with data and software. My goal is to try to help teachers and administrators see and use their data more effectively. I joined this group because Brad invited me and because I love to be in contact with smart people who are interested in the same things that I'm interested in.
