    Thanks for inviting me, Brad. I live in Ames, Iowa. I work for Heartland AEA in the Ames office. I'm an assessment consultant, which means that I spend a lot of time with data and software. My goal is to try to help teachers and administrators see and use their data more effectively. I joined this group because Brad invited me and because I love to be in contact with smart people who are interested in the same things that I'm interested in. Just a warning, Diigo is where all of my bookmarks are stored, so most of what you'll see in my profile will not be relevant to this group.

    Thanks for the invite Brad! I live in Des Moines, IA and work for Heartland AEA as a professional learning consultant. I work primarily in the area of reading instruction with a focus on struggling readers. My passion is for getting high quality literacy instruction into schools for all students and to work with teachers to improve their knowledge and skills in providing literacy instruction to all learners. I joined this group because I love any chance to collaborate and learn from smart people who are passionate about the same things I am. :)
