    Arguments heard and available record perused. Brief facts are that thepetitioner purchased Iron steel trolley for an amount of Rs. 2500/-, amount was paid and trolley was delivered to the petitioner's house. The petitioner found that the trolley not according to the instructions as one of that leg was broken and had been painted just to deceive the customers
