Here are some tips to help you age with grace. Exercise- Try yoga, which will help with muscle conditioning and also help with balance- both very important later in life. Start taking vitamins -Calcium is good for bone health and B-12 supports proper brain functioning. You are never too young to start a vitamin regimen. Eat healthy- Eat more fruits, vegetables and grains. It's best to eat a well-rounded diet and make sure you get plenty of water. Keep your mind active - Keeping your mind active is important in later life. Try playing games, or taking a class. This will help keep your brain young; mental stimulation also works as an anti
