    Friends tell me chocolate is good when you`re tired. I usually work a lot and need energy but I`m also on a diet. If I eat chocolate when I`m running out of batteries, will it make me feel better or just "help" me put some extra pounds? I`m not overweight but I'd like to maintain a healthy weight.

    It depends on how much chocolate you eat. Check this article at Project Weight Loss - it says that chocolate is good because it boosts your brain, gives you energy, helps you concentrate, and maintains your heart healthy. However, the improvements in your brain power last for only 2-3 hours.
