#1 kellyabbot on 02 Aug 07Friends tell me chocolate is good when you`re tired. I usually work a lot and need energy but I`m also on a diet. If I eat chocolate when I`m running out of batteries, will it make me feel better or just "help" me put some extra pounds? I`m not overweight but I'd like to maintain a healthy weight.

Check this article at Project Weight Loss - it says that chocolate is good because it boosts your brain, gives you energy, helps you concentrate, and maintains your heart healthy. However, the improvements in your brain power last for only 2-3 hours.
