    What is CSS?
    CSS Stands for Cascading Style Sheet. CSS usually use to decorate HTML or XHTML codes in generally.Simply we can say CSS define how HTML codes should display. CSS language use to describe the look and format of a document written using mark up languages like Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML). These style sheets contain background color, font color,font size,text align, layout like details. Using CSS designer can specify styles to apply all over the document when same rule appear.
