I am interested in tools that do not require more than 10 minutes to teach students how to use and can put the learning in the students hands instead of the teacher transmitting. I would love all the free stuff but realize you do get what you pay for so am willing to spend up to $50 for a great tool. i also want more items that I don't have to download. For instance, I love Second life but it is heavy on the hard drive space. I would love an alternative to secondlife that is completely internet based.
