Technology is a tool that can be used to help teachers facilitate learning experiences that address the diverse learning needs of all students and help them develop 21st Century Skills, an idea supported by the Common Core.

Teamie is a cloud-based social platform that makes learning collaborative & fun, enables educators to engage & teach, and drives performance & behavior.

This site is a fun, interactive way to learn about the solar system. It has a section to learn about the individual planets along with the different moons, asteroids, and comets. It would be a good website to have in your classroom for students to explore at their leisure.

Math is not a subject that has to be just pen and paper. Students learn so much in math when using manipulatives because they bring the subject to life. This website not only uses manipulatives, but it provides fun games on the Internet that the students can learn a lot from.

VocabularySpellingCity is a fun way to learn spelling and vocabulary words by playing engaging learning games using any word list. The most popular activities are Spelling TestMe, HangMouse, and our vocabulary games, available to Premium Members. In today's age of big data, words and phrases like "adaptive learning," "personalization" and "differentiation" are getting tossed around with increasing frequency. What exactly do these terms mean and to what extent do they overlap?

The study of Economics explores a country's economy at the level of production, consumption, cost and expenditure. Learning Economics is a way of resourceful living not only for an individual family, but it decides the fate of a country. If everyone knows what actually happens to his country's economy and how it happens and on what basis, he is sure to follow the simple methods by which he can contribute what he can to the economic development of his country. Hence you can understand the  importance of learning Economics as an important subject in your curriculum.

The worldwide OER movement is rooted in the idea that equitable access to high-quality education is a global imperative. Open Educational Resources are teaching and learning materials that you may freely use and reuse, without charge. OER often have a Creative Commons or GNU license that state specifically how the material may be used, reused, adapted, and shared. As a network for teaching and learning materials, the web site offers engagement with resources in the form of social bookmarking, tagging, rating, and reviewing. OER Commons has forged alliances with over 120 major content partners to provide a single point of access through which educators and learners can search across collections to access over 24,000 items, find and provide descriptive information about each resource, and retrieve the ones they need. By being "open," these resources are publicly available for all to use, and principally through Creative Commons licensing, many thousands are legally available for repurposing, modifying and improving.

Gail Braddock describes e-Learning for Kids as "free e-courses for kids all around the world. This site has engaging and interactive courses for kids in online safety, computer skills such as using Google, typing, and core subjects like language arts, math, and science. Most of the courses are for elementary school-aged children, and involve dynamic avatars, and are highly interactive."
