I was given this chart in my technology class in my methods semester. I referenced it quite frequently, but I can't seem to find it now. Thanks for posting!
This was a great resourse. It gave me the information I needed in an easy read form. I wish that APA would do something similiar. When information is easy to read it makes it a tool and makes it easier for most people to do right when it comes to rules and laws.
This link provides a chart for teachers to use when implementing technology into the classroom. It tells you what you can and cannot do for copyrighted material.
The reason I picked this article is that it completly breaks down every part of copyright laws. It also has a chart that makes it easier to read and understand than just having to go through a whole bunch of text.
