A nice article that can help to guide learning experiences with social media and communicative software in the classroom. This article lists a lot of important considerations of the how and why we teacher certain concepts in this topic to students.

Free Technology for Teachers. The FREE part got me. This blog looks like it tests out new technology for the classroom and generates ideas for its possible uses. 

This is yet another site that I have used in my classroom before. It is full of activities that the students can participate in to work on their comprehension skills. I have known others who have also used this as part of a classroom station.

This blog jumped out at me because it was about a teacher trying to implement technology in his classroom. I also thought the title was funny. 

After reading through this blog I liked the variety of topics the writer covers. It reads as a very realistic representation of being in the classroom.

This website has many resources and ideas for how educators can integrate technology into their classrooms, especially for those educators that may be less familiar or comfortable with technology. The website includes technology integration lessons, activities, and strategies.

This is a blog another about integrating technology and literacy into the classroom. A main focus seems to be teacher blogs and blogging with students in your classroom. Ideas are presented for using technology through the teacher blogs.

This website was created by two elementary teachers; it is very useful site, especially for K-5 elementary teachers. They have also developed a family website and an intermediate website. The site was developed for teachers to find resources for planning and instructional tools and that meet the Common Core. The website offers teachers current and relevant lesson plans and activities in all content areas, including seasonal and classroom management ideas. Lesson plans and activities may have to be adapted and modified for specific grade levels. A blog can be found on the site, written by the creators, that focuses on a specific education topic or resource.

This online library has a bunch of strategies that you can use for literacy. I have used it before when I am stuck or want to do something different to teach a skill.

I found this blog last year. I like going to it for ideas for anchor charts in my classroom. I have used the math ones a lot and the students enjoy them as well, especially the factor ninja and multiple monster. They even made their own versions.

This is another website that I use in my classroom. It is full of virtual manipulatives that you can show to the class, or have them explore themselves. It is broken down by content areas and grade levels.
