    xNeat clipboard manager (free) is handy and very simple to use. it captures clipboard items as they are copied to the Windows Clipboard, and you can simply bring up a menu containing all (up to user-definable limit, default of 10) the previously copied items and select the item you want to paste from it using a hot key (by default, Ctrl+Shift+V).

This program allows you to use the function keys SHIFT, CTRL, ALT, or the Windows key by typing one key after the other instead of pressing them simultaneously with the second key.
