If you are facing loneliness or pain as once again you pick up your burden, you can draw on the Lord's resources and be a living testimony of His all-sufficiency. If you're filled with thanksgiving and praise, you can tell others of God's goodness.

If we humble ourselves to God, we will enjoy success (as God defines it) in this earthly life and in eternity; and we will avoid the fires of judgment. Don't force God to show you who is King: serve Him and be fireproof; challenge Him and you will get fire proof.

Start thanking God for every good thing you can think of for which you are grateful until you discover, in the presence of God, that the good stuff outweighs the bad stuff and things are not as bad as you thought they were.
