Darüber, ob entsprechende Strategien im Betrieb entwickelt oder ausgelagert werden sollen, scheiden sich der Studie zufolge die Geister: 37 Prozent der Befragten sind für eine unternehmensinterne Durchführung, etwa gleich so viele für eine Auslagerung, knappe 25 Prozent zeigen sich unentschieden. Bei einem anderen Punkt ist man sich eher einig: Multimedia-Agenturen wird mit mehr als 78 Prozent die höchste Beratungskompetenz für Social-Media-Maßnahmen zugesprochen. Dahinter kommen Kreativ-Agenturen (56 Prozent), Mediaagenturen (38 Prozent), PR-Agenturen (35 Prozent) und zuletzt Unternehmensberater (9 Prozent).
