      This was a horrific crime commited against a young local girl. She has suffered tremendiously, but manages to get by day-to-day, and survive, with the help of volunteers. These volunteers have become friends and a very important part of her life, as she recovers.

      I remember when this happened, it happened less than a mile from my old house in brandon. She is truely a miracle.
