That means that... - You can work on that important memo...while on the bus or train to work. - If you're behind on a group proposal, but really want to make it to the ball game tonight, your whole team can work on it from the bleacher seats. - You can take minute-by-minute notes at a concert so you'll always remember the setlist. And your friends can jealously follow in real-time at home. - and the list goes on!

1 | CollabFinder Wants To Make Hackathons A Part Of College Life | Co.Design: business + innovation + design - 0 views

  • A growing list of schools are turning to the "serendipity engine" to help students find cross-discipline collaborators for passion projects.
  • finding a cross-disciplinary collaboration is tougher--most of us are more likely to head to a meetup or networking event to fish for someone outside of our skill set. That’s fine, but it’s not a very efficient way to find exactly what you’re looking for.
  •
Interesting! What if we could do something similar - a website where collaborators can gather from all over the world to work on e-learning strategies and applications?

Apps - 0 views

  • App of the week Denso Free, from the Apple App Store Denso is a couch potato's dream. It is an easy way to discover and organise interesting Web videos. It works like Instapaper, except that instead of saving text, you are saving videos for future viewing. Sadly, the app will not work with YouTube videos, but it works with many other sources. It has compiled a list of videos to help you find topics that interest you. You can also watch, share and comment on videos shared by your friends on Facebook and Twitter. This is a universal app for both the iPhone and iPad but, as with most apps which handle video, it looks best on the iPad. Perhaps the best thing about this app is that it was made in Singapore.
  •
