Chansons françaises is the integrated music component of Français interactif. Chansons features a French or Francophone song, related to each chapter's cultural or pedagogical focus, presented via audio or video. Accompanying pdfs provide additional information, as well as comprehension exercises. Songs act as a portal to various Francophone cultures and musical genres. Originally created for the students of NYU's Department of French, Papiers-Mâchés may interest any user eager to develop his or her written skills in French. The tutorial is free of charge and open to anyone but restricted to non-commercial uses. 

Letras para volar is "un programa de fomento a la lectura para niños y jóvenes. Es el primer proyecto de colaboración internacional entre la Universidad de Guadalajara y la Fielding Graduate University." On the website they provide a section of "Lecturas," which are Mexican leyendas given in written form as well as in audio format. In this way, students can read and listen to the story, either at the same time or one before the other. You could use these leyendas for reading practice, listening practice, and cultural exploration.

I was surprised. I learned things from this article. It can be projected in class to teach students also.

Site offering a variety of apps that teachers can use to create activities and that students can use on their own. Intended for EFL, but would also be useful for other languages in some cases.
