Reading Russian Short Stories is an open resource by Filip Zachoval that contains stories written in Russian by different authors in the 20th and 21st centuries, each accompanied by questions and assignments. The collection is designed for learners of Russian, including heritage learners. There are numerous texts that are suitable for novice-high or intermediate-low learners. However, the majority of these texts are more suitable for learners who have reached or are about to enter higher levels of language competence, i.e. students at intermediate and advanced levels.

This site allows you to see detailed information on the top 60,000 words (lemmas) of English, based on data from the Corpus of Contemporary American English (COCA). You can see the overall frequency for each word, as well as the frequency of words in different kinds of English -- spoken, fiction, magazines, newspapers, and academic writing. For each word you can also find the 20-30 most frequent collocates (nearby words) and see 200 or more concordance lines (words in context). You can also see a list of synonyms and (from WordNet) words with more specific and more general meanings, and in all of these cases you can click to see the entries for those related words as well.

Acceso is intended as a complete, interactive curriculum for intermediate-level learners of Spanish. The materials on this site are provided freely to the public and are intended as a replacement for commercial textbooks, which are generally ill-suited to the learning outcomes now considered crucial to successful language study. These materials are supplemented by an online workbook built on the MySpanishLab platform of Pearson Education, Inc., as well as detailed lesson plans, rubrics for the evaluation of student work, and reliable instruments for measuring student progress and learning outcomes.

An online resource designed to help students remember, recognize, and produce the signs used in the classroom. The site supplements classroom instruction, lab activities, homework, and other assignments that are part of ASL 506, first semester American Sign Language at the University of Texas. The site contains an archive of videos demonstrating basic vocabulary and sentence structure of American Sign Language (ASL). These videos are organized into 12 units, reflecting the structure of the textbook, Signing Naturally (Dawn Sign Press). Within each unit, video clips of signs and sentences are further organized into categories and grammatical information.
