"Boeing Sonic Cruiser is a new aircraft that is being built by Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Boeing is aiming to develop a design that will allow commercial passenger and cargo aircraft to fly faster, higher and farther travel. The airplane will travel at Mach 0.95 or faster. It is estimated that it will save about one hour for every 3,000 miles flown. The only commercial aircraft to travel faster is the Concorde."

"The Air Camper was designed to be built of spruce and plywood. One of Pietenpol's goals was to create a plane that was affordable and easy to construct for home builders. Building an Air Camper requires basic woodworking skills and tools. Builders also need to fabricate some metal fittings to attach the wooden parts together. Some welding is required. The plans for the Pietenpol Aircamper were originally published in a four part serial in the "Flying and Glider" Manual of 1932-33"

" The students of Chevak Aviation (chevakaviation.com) at Chevak School have been working on a Build A Plane Rans S-6S kit airplane. We completed the Rans and passed the airworthiness inspection on March 24th, 2011. After the inspection and all the necessary paper work was completed we took advantage of the nice weather and flew the airplane. The maiden flight lasted for 30 minutes and it went as planned. The S-6 is a very nice flying airplane with great performance. "
