I have my own FTP program that I like to you but can't seem to find the right setting to use for the FTP program any one know the setting to use your own FTP program

It seems that uploading a file above apx 20mb is no longer possible. I thought there were no restrictions, at least not with ftp. Is anyone else suffering? Might be a glitch.

Im new to the whole FTP thing. I'm not even a web developer (not yet anyway) But i needed it for staorge space on the go which is pretty convient for me. Once in a while i'd like to give access to my co-workers (I.T. techs).

I am so frustrated. I cannot locate any help file for how to set up unlimitedFTP… Plenty on FTP setup…

If I come off as a bit testy but after 3 days of struggling with this you'd be a bit peeved yourself.

I just changed to BH from my old host. I jus took my backup frm the FTP and made a zip file and uploaded all contents as it is to BH from cPanel File manager.

Okay, I have been trying to figure this out, and at this point I feel like a complete idiot. I uploaded a index.html file using my ftp client and I can't figure out #1 where to put it, and #2 how to make any of the folders accessible.
